Lefty Lombard Returns to Goldeyes' Bullpen
December 19, 2025 - WINNIPEG, MB - The Winnipeg Goldeyes announced the re-signing Friday of left-handed relief pitcher Weston Lombard.
After originally signing with the Goldeyes July 12, Lombard went on to make six appearances, posting a 1-0 record and a 1.80 earned run average. He struck out seven batters over 10.0 innings pitched before suffering a season-ending injury.

Crown Point Native Signs to Pitch with RailCats
December 19, 2025 - (Gary, IN) The RailCats have added another local talent to the Region with their most recent signing. Former Crown Point Bulldog Frank Plesac will take the hill for Gary in the 2026 season.
Plesac is a right-handed pitcher who will turn 24 on December 28. He helped the Bulldogs win a sectional championship before graduating and moving on to pitch at Bethel University in Mishawaka. Bird Dawgs Bring Back All-Star Duo
December 19, 2025 - KINSTON, N.C. - The Down East Bird Dawgs have exercised the options for both Frontier League All-Stars from its inaugural season, UTIL Stephen DiTomaso, and LHP Brandon Kaminer.
Both players were key contributors to the Bird Dawgs 2025 campaign, with DiTomaso serving as the club's leadoff hitter and primary center fielder, while Kaminer emerged as a lockdown presence in the starting rotation.
